Direct Property

The direct property component of the portfolio comprises a range of properties which include commercial, industrial and retail sectors. All properties are located in New South Wales with a geographical spread covering the CBD, North Sydney, the North Shore, Parramatta and Southern suburbs, and a non-metropolitan regional shopping centre.

Management of the portfolio is designed for maximum efficiency by using a wholesale property trust structure to allow for purchase and sale of small components of the portfolio, as well as discrete property holdings.

Portfolio management, both strategic and day-to-day, is designed to deliver a low cost alternative, which generates solid income returns and capital growth over a full property cycle.
