FuturePlus as a service provider

Our business model is both unique and very effective.

FuturePlus operates as a service provider to the members of each of our clients. In this way our clients retain their relationship with their members and we can focus on delivering quality service.

How do we do this?

First, for our large industry fund clients, the Local Government Superannuation Scheme and the Energy Industries Superannuation Scheme, FuturePlus provides a complete suite of tailored services to members delivered under their own brand.

Because each client retains its own separate trustee Board, it maintains complete control over the services and products delivered. Nevertheless, because these services are delivered by FuturePlus, members receive the benefits that are derived from the size, scale and experience of the Group as a whole.

Secondly, FuturePlus also provides a whole suite of services via FuturePlus Super, a public offer superannuation fund for smaller employers and individuals. Under this model, FuturePlus also delivers trustee services and corporate governance through Chifley Financial Services Limited, the approved trustee of FuturePlus Super.
